Navigating this Pandemic has been interesting, to say the least. Finding time to yourself when at home with your family is not the easiest, but I've found that for many making a schedule where each person gets at least an hour of alone time or time to do something for yourself is necessary. Even if you take 10 min to just think your own thoughts without someone speaking to you is helpful!

Self-care can mean many different things to people. For me, it's either getting a little exercise in, reading a good book, dancing to my favorite music, doing a face mask, getting a massage from my husband, taking a shower with no interruptions, or connecting with my friends via video chat for a quick check-in.

What does self-care mean to you?
