Known for their birria, Beefrria-Landia serves the most tasteful richly flavored birria the city has to offer. You can have your birria as a taco, tostada, or mulita – crispy tortillas filled with melted cheese and birria; it’s a meal on its own. With pricing between $2-$3, add on a cup of consommé for $2 to dip your taco, tostada, or mulita into before biting… I promise you it’ll leave your tastebuds begging for more. Serving up food for the soul, Southern Comfort is a favorite located in the heart of Bedstuy, Brooklyn. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile, and its warm atmosphere will make you feel as if you’re visiting family. When they re-open, the staff will most likely tell you to expect a long wait for your food, but if you’re patient everything on the menu will leave you satisfied and wanting for more. For now, enjoy all they have to offer via delivery.

This spot is DOPE. Their lunch/brunch specials are unmatched for the many menu options you can choose from. If you want flavorful food, a cozy but stylish ambience, and a mean mimosa this is your place. Not sure what to get? My friends and I usually order the mixed appetizer, mango salad, crab cake, Panang Chicken, and Northern Thai Basil Chicken to start… because it’s THAT good and we love to share and sample all the goods. If you want an all you can eat buffet where all the options make you smile, Namaste is the place to go. Found on 5th Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn it’s a simple restaurant where the food is the focus. If you’re building up a list of places to visit post-quarantine, their outdoor space is perfect spring through fall. Just be careful about eating during your lunch break, the food is so good you’ll barely waddle back to work. But don’t fret!
